As the final project for Social Justice & Social Practice in Book Arts seminar course at Scripps College, students designed, typeset, and created letterpress prints exploring social justice issues like the treatment of women in STEM; sexual assault; mental health; women's health; Iranian women's rights; the exoticization of bi-racial women; relationship of droughts and wildfires; and family separation.
Printed in an edition size of twenty-five copies, the Beyond the Margins print portfolio contains sixteen prints.
A mixture of handset letterpress, pressure printing and cut vinyl, this print portfolio was printed at Scripps College Press during Spring 2019.
