As the final project for the Race & Identity in Artists' Books seminar course at Scripps College, students designed, typeset, and letterpress printed broadsides detailing various issues related to identity and race. Some prints explore personal histories, pose questions to the reader. Some are celebratory; others memorialize. At times, the reader is challenged.
Printed in an edition size of twenty-five copies, the print portfolio contains fourteen prints. The students received one copy of the portfolio.
All broadsides were printed at Scripps College Press.
Collections: Ella Strong Denison Library at Scripps College, Lafayette College, Mills College, and University of Texas at San Antonio.
